Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 01/02/2026 1. Affiliate Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are prohibited. 2. Commission Tiers Tier 1 – High-Ticket Referrer Earn $500 per qualified referral who completes a $4,000+ purchase. Paid within 30 days of full payment confirmation. Tier 2 – Consult-to-Care Affiliate Earn $50 per referral who pays the $75 consultation fee and converts into a membership or treatment plan. Paid monthly after clinical verification. Tier 3 – Product Promoter Earn 10% commission on product sales through your referral link. Paid monthly, net of returns or cancellations. 3. Tracking & Payment All referrals must be made through your unique affiliate link or code. Commissions are tracked and validated before payout. Payments are made monthly via PayPal or ACH. Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations related to their earnings. 4. Marketing Guidelines Do not make false claims, misleading statements, or unverified health promises. All promotional content must follow FTC guidelines and include appropriate disclosures. Do not use paid advertising targeting Way of Life Wellness brand terms (e.g. “Way of Life Wellness”, “wayolw.com”). Spam, unethical marketing, or brand misuse may result in removal from the program. 5. Refunds & Chargebacks If a referred customer cancels, disputes, or receives a refund, any associated commission will be withheld or deducted from future payouts. 6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion for violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or harm to our brand. Affiliates may cancel participation at any time by contacting us. 7. Modifications Way of Life Wellness may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted publicly or emailed directly. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates. 8. Independent Relationship Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
